Integrations with Gigable are very simple.

Sending Orders

We typically use webhooks to create, update and delete orders with our integrations.

Here are the main fields we typically require with each order sent to us via a webhook, with a brief explanation of each field.

Order Fields:

order_id *	Identifier for the order
customer_info.name	Name of the customer
customer_info.address	Address object containing customer address
customer_info.phone	Phone number of the customer
customer_info.email	Email address of the customer
order_summary.quantity	Quantity of goods in the order
order_summary.description	Description of goods in the order
order_summary.notes	Customer notes to display to driver
pickup_at *	Timestamp of order pick up time (can be modified to suit other times, e.g. include prep time)
coords	Object containing lat/ lng co-ordinates for the customer

Receiving Updates

We support returning event information for the following order events through the use of webhooks. The endpoints to receive these types of events should be provided to Gigable if this event information is required.

Assigned	The order has been assigned to a driver
Unassigned	The order has been unassigned from a driver
PickedUp	The order was marked as picked up by the driver
Delivered	The order was marked as delivered by the driver
Cancelled	The order was cancelled
