Minimum Hourly Wage
This guarantees freelancers they will at least earn this amount per hour, when you use a combinations of different rate types for your gigs.
To activate this feature go to the Rates section in your gig preferences, and enter the minimum hourly wage in the highlighted cell (see figure).
